1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have consent from a legal guardian for any minor use.

3. Orders and Pricing

We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or reseller activity. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Product Information

We try to present products accurately, but variations in color, materials, or minor specs may occur. Non-material differences do not create a right to cancel beyond our policies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide with tracked methods. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance unless your local law provides otherwise. For shipping terms see our Shipping section on the Site.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. You must follow the instructions and obtain approval before sending items back.

7. Warranty

Most Offix products include a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or material defects under normal use. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or store credit after assessment. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Full terms appear in our Warranty section.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for unlawful activity, to infringe IP, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with security or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, product names and layouts is owned by Offix or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, media, or suggestions you grant Offix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

We may use third-party tools and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share data. By using the Site you consent to that policy.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offix and its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. In all cases our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offix and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Account, Billing, and Accuracy

You must provide accurate and current information. We may update or cancel orders and will attempt to notify you via the contact details you provided.

17. Changes to the Site or Services

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the courts of Tel-Aviv–Jaffa, Israel. If you operate primarily in a different country, replace this clause with your local governing law and venue.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at offix.dz@gmail.com and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought only in the courts identified above unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

20. Severability

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Warranty, Shipping, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Offix regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
